Who should get it

  • Customers who checked several vehicles

Who must not get it

  • Customers who cannot receive follow-up emails
  • Customers who already bought a bundle after the third free check

Extra checks before sending

  • Count checks by customer ID where possible.
  • Check a bundle has not already been bought.
  • Check a same-registration upgrade email is not more important.

Send limits

  • One follow-up email in 24 hours
  • Three follow-up emails in seven days
