  • Customers who cannot receive follow-up emails

Extra checks before sending

  • Read the latest bundle balance after the check is used.
  • Check the balance is exactly one.
  • Check no other follow-up email was sent in the last 24 hours.

Send limits

  • One follow-up email in 24 hours
  • Three follow-up emails in seven days
